The Village September 2010 Real Estate Market Report

The Village market continues to be fairly robust with a 4.5 month supply of inventory. The bump to 7 months over the last 3 months reflects the slowdown after the tax credit expired and it looks like we’re back to normal levels now. Homes sold at 95% of list price and were on the market a median 55 days.
