The Oklahoma City 2011 Parade of Homes runs daily from October 15th through October 23rd. Times are 1:00pm to 7:00pm. Don't have time to see all 110 homes by 65 builders in 78 neighborhoods during this year's parade? Well, there are 6 Featured Neighborhoods. This years' featured neighborhoods area Rose Creek, Iron Horse Ranch, Parke Place, Settler's Ridge, Ponderosa Estates, and Williamson Farms. Today we'll take a look at Rose Creek. Rose Creek is a large, executive home community built around a golf course. The neighborhood is gated with a manned security gate. The neighborhood is in its' final phase of development and there will be 650 homes when the area is complete. Rose Creek is about fine homes and great location. Near the Quail Springs Mall area, it has great highway access. Neighborhood amenities include the golf course, aquatic center and clubhouse with a large fitness center.
