Oklahoma City Real Estate: Oklahoma City Parade of Homes 2011 – Part 6, Featured Area

The Oklahoma City 2011 Parade of Homes runs daily from October 15th through October 23rd. Times are 1:00pm to 7:00pm.

Don't have time to see all 110 homes by 65 builders in 78 neighborhoods during this year's parade? Well, there are 6 Featured Neighborhoods. This years' featured neighborhoods area Rose Creek, Iron Horse Ranch, Parke Place, Settler's Ridge, Ponderosa Estates, and Williamson Farms.

Today we'll take a look at Ponderosa Estates. Don't forget, Parade of Homes books are available at area Best Buy stores. There's also an iPhone app available through the App Store.

Ponderosa Estates

Ponderosa Estates is a 160 acre gated community in N.W. Oklahoma City located on N.W. 122nd Street between Council and County Line Road. This subdivision offers home owners the best of both worlds--- a rural setting for their homes with easy access to all the amenities offered by a large metropolitan Oklahoma City, or the small town atmosphere of Piedmont, Oklahoma.
